Guinea Royal Cottage, Exmouth, is a superb cottage hidden away in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, and it's wide range of restaurants and shops.

The seafront, and 2 miles of sandy beach, are only a seven minute walk, and Exeter is a short train journey on the picturesque Avocet Line.

This 1850's character cottage has been newly furnished and features a comfortable and stylish living room. The large kitchen/breakfast room has a country style table with seating for 6, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, "AGA" and microwave, and is fully equiped.

Self-catering - two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Sleeps a total of 4 - sofabed can sleep an additional 2 by prior arrangement with the owners.

Exmouth is only 10 miles from the M5 (Junction 30 Exeter). Take the A376 signed to Exmouth. Upon entering Exmouth stay on the A376 following signs for town centre. Bear left at the first roundabout by the Sports Centre, at the traffic lights turn right into The Strand and go straight ahead, taking the third left into Church Street. Once at Jewsons turn Right into King Street - The Cottage is at the end of King Street on the left.

This holiday cottage is an ideal comfortable base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast - with the South West Coast Path, the chocolate box villages of East Devon, or to take part in all sailing, sea fishing and other water sports that Exmouth is so famous for.
